Door Features Of Our Sliding Doors

Maximise the View: Individual panels can be up to 4.2m wide or 3.2m high. The individual panel size cannot exceed 9m² per panel for double glazing and 5.4 m² for triple glazing.
Create a Seamless Indoor-Outdoor Connection: Our bottom frame is designed to be fully lowered for a flush track finish. Top of base is 85mm below FFL for the flush track.
Enable Secure Ventilation: Doors can be locked in a 100mm partially open position, allowing fresh air into the room while maintaining security. Track width is 77mm.
Enhance Security: The locking system achieves PAS24:2016 certification as standard. In the event of a power failure, the doors remain securely locked in fail-secure mode, with a concealed manual override available from inside.
Ensure Smooth, Effortless Operation: An elegant wall switch operates the locking system, eliminating the need for visible handles. Stainless steel rollers and runners ensure smooth, corrosion-free performance for years to come.
Integrate Smart Home Control: Supplied with a Niko Home Control wall switch, the system can be integrated into a smart home setup either at installation or later.
Provide Integrated Drainage Protection: A built-in drainage tray directs water into your chosen external drainage system, helping to keep your property watertight and leak-free.

What measurement do I need to consider to get a flush finish?

To achieve a flush track level, the top of your structural base should be 85mm below final finished floor level (not from screed level).

Is the Flush Track Sliding Door System suitable for high-traffic areas?

Yes — it’s one of its strengths. The flush threshold and the absence of any raised step make it well suited to areas that see heavy daily use, as well as spaces where accessibility matters. The stainless steel rollers and runners are engineered for smooth, rust-free operation over the full lifetime of the doors.

What panel sizes are available with the FlushTrack System?

Individual panels can be up to 4.2m wide and 3.2m high, provided they don’t exceed 9m² per panel for double glazing or 5.4m² per panel for triple glazing. All panels are made to measure — there are no standard stock sizes.

How does the Flush Track System compare to the Concealed Track System?

Both systems create a flush threshold. The key difference is visibility: with the Flush Track, the track profile is visible at floor level and forms part of the architectural detail. With the Concealed Track, the flooring runs right up to a narrow slot and the track disappears entirely beneath the floor surface. The Concealed Track also requires a deeper floor build-up of 115mm versus 85mm for the Flush Track.
