Can I integrate the doors into an existing smart home system?

Yes. All doors are supplied with a Niko Home Control wall switch as standard, which is compatible with most smart home platforms. Integration can be set up at the time of installation or added later — the infrastructure is already in place.

Is the semi-open ventilation position available with the Flush Track System?

Yes. Panels can be locked in a 100mm semi-open position, allowing ventilation without compromising the security of the locking system. This is a standard feature of the Ultraline electric locking system and is available across both track systems.

Can the Flush Track System be configured as pocket doors?

Yes. Pocket door configurations are available in double, triple, and quad track arrangements. With pocket doors, the panels slide into a wall cavity and are completely hidden when open.

How does the drainage work with the Flush Track System?

The doors are installed onto an integrated drainage tray that captures any water entering the threshold zone and directs it into external drainage channels. The system is compatible with all standard external drainage solutions, so it can be specified to work with whatever your landscaping or external finish requires.

Is laminated glazing required for the Flush Track System?

Not as standard. Laminated glazing is an available upgrade for projects where compliance with Part Q (Security) of the Building Regulations requires it — typically where the glazing is within 300mm of a door lock or within 1500mm of the floor in certain circumstances. Your architect or building control officer will confirm whether it applies to your project.
