Every detail of the Ultraline sliding door has been engineered around a single ambition: to bring the outside in, without compromise.

The fundamental principle of our sliding door system is more view, less frame. The system is designed to show only 20mm of frame at sides, top, and bottom; perfectly matching the 20mm central vertical interlock.

The system is available with two distinct track configurations — the Flush Track System and the Concealed Track System — each offering a different approach to the threshold detail, and each suited to different architectural briefs and floor build-ups.

Flush Track System

Our flush track sits level with the finished floor surface for a clean, contemporary appearance. The wider profile accommodates multiple sliding panels while emphasising precision and durability. Ideal for high-traffic areas with improved accessibility.

Concealed Track System

Our concealed track is fully hidden within the flooring, creating a refined, minimal look with a narrow, discreet slot. The finished flooring runs seamlessly up to the opening for an elegant, uninterrupted transition between spaces.

What are the key differences between the two tracks?

  • With the concealed track: The bottom track and head track are now more visually appealing with only a 15mm black channel top and bottom.
  • With the concealed track: The bottom track is 102mm with a 13mm packing and levelling gap underneath. This means that to achieve a flush track level, the top of the base that the doors sit on should be 115mm below top of final finished floor level (not top of screed).
  • With the concealed track: The head track is 77mm with a 20mm gap above it. We recommend that the entire 77mm gets covered by your internal ceiling line. This means that ideally we recommend that your ceiling line comes in 97mm below underside of steel lintel.
  • With the concealed track: The frame at the sides can now be fully covered by internal finishes (plasterboard) and external finishes (render/cladding).
