Door Features Of Our Sliding Doors

Maximise the View: Individual panels can be up to 4.2m wide or 3.2m high. The individual panel size cannot exceed 9m² per panel for double and 7.5m² for triple glazing.
Create a Seamless Indoor-Outdoor Connection: Our bottom frame is designed to be fully lowered for a flush track finish. Top of base is 115mm FFL for concealed track. Track width is 18mm.
Enable Secure Ventilation: Doors can be locked in a 100mm partially open position, allowing fresh air into the room while maintaining security.
Enhance Security: The locking system achieves PAS24:2016 certification as standard. In the event of a power failure, the doors remain securely locked in fail-secure mode, with a concealed manual override available from inside.
Ensure Smooth, Effortless Operation: An elegant wall switch operates the locking system, eliminating the need for visible handles. Stainless steel rollers and runners ensure smooth, corrosion-free performance for years to come.
Integrate Smart Home Control: Supplied with a Niko Home Control wall switch, the system can be integrated into a smart home setup either at installation or later.
Provide Integrated Drainage Protection: A built-in drainage tray directs water into your chosen external drainage system, helping to keep your property watertight and leak-free.

What measurement do I need to consider to get a flush finish?

To achieve a flush track level, the top of your structural base should be 115mm below final finished floor level (not from screed level).

What types of flooring work well with the Concealed Track System?

Any flooring material can be used, but the system particularly complements premium, large-format finishes — polished concrete, honed stone, wide-plank engineered timber — where the continuity of the floor surface to the threshold is a key part of the interior design. The narrow slot at the threshold is the only interruption to the floor plane on both sides of the opening.

Is the Concealed Track System available with triple glazing?

Yes, and it accommodates larger triple-glazed panels than the Flush Track System. Triple glazing is available for panels up to 7.5m² under the Concealed Track, compared to 5.4m² under the Flush Track. Both configurations achieve an overall U-value of 0.7 with triple glazing.

What are the key measurements for the Concealed Sliding Door Track System?

The bottom track and head track are now more visually appealing with only a 15mm black channel top and bottom.
The bottom track is now 102mm with a 13mm packing and levelling gap underneath. This means that to achieve a flush track level, the top of the base that the doors sit on should be 115mm below top of final finished floor level (not top of screed).
The head track is now 77mm with a 20mm gap above it. We recommend that the entire 77mm gets covered by your internal ceiling line. This means that ideally we recommend that your ceiling line comes in 97mm below underside of steel lintel.
The frame at the sides can now be fully covered by internal finishes (plasterboard) and external finishes (render/cladding).
We can now offer both double glazing and triple glazing up to 9m² panels.
