Whilst we get our website and all marketing materials up to date, this temporary page provides all the information you need relating to our new hidden track system.

What’s changed
- The bottom track and head track are now more visually appealing with only a 15mm black channel top and bottom.
- The bottom track is now 102mm with a 13mm packing and levelling gap underneath. This means that to achieve a flush track level, the top of the base that the doors sit on should be 115mm below top of final finished floor level (not top of screed).
- The head track is now 77mm with a 20mm gap above it. We recommend that the entire 77mm gets covered by your internal ceiling line. This means that ideally we recommend that your ceiling line comes in 97mm below underside of steel lintel.
- The frame at the sides can now be fully covered by internal finishes (plasterboard) and external finishes (render/cladding).
- We can now offer both double glazing and triple glazing up to 9 sq m panels.
What hasn’t changed
- The drainage system is unchanged and the system is still designed to take all water and debris into the channel.
- The front to back depths of the tracks are still the same. Double track = 155mm. Triple Track = 232mm. Quad Track = 308mm.
- The system still achieves the same great thermal values. Overall u-values of 1.2 for double glazed and 0.7 for triple glazed.
- The PAS24 (Part Q) electric locking system is unchanged.
- The colour options remain the same (RAL 7016 / RAL 7021 / RAL 9005 / Brushed Platinum anodised).
